Two Good Books for Apologetics, Freely Available Online

I have found that two of the books recommended in Karl Keating's apologetics book Catholicism and Fundamentalism are freely available online:

• Maisie Ward's Catholic Evidence Training Outlines
• J. Tixeront's History of Dogmas, Vol. 1. My Kindle wouldn't open this PDF, so I had to use my Mac's Print To PDF feature to skip a couple of bad pages (67 and 437).
